This Policy applies to visitors to our website, users of the Service, and individuals whose information is submitted to the Service by our Customers (for example, a player or prospect whose profile is created by an agent or team staff member — we refer to these individuals as "Represented Individuals").

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and Roster Data for as long as a Customer's account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. Agensa currently operates on U.S.-based infrastructure and is designed primarily for U.S. Customers.
