Agensa ("Agensa," "we," "us," or "our") provides software that helps sports agencies and team/program staff ("Customers," "you," or "your") manage players, prospects, alumni, deals, and related relationships (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
This Policy applies to visitors to our website, users of the Service, and individuals whose information is submitted to the Service by our Customers (for example, a player or prospect whose profile is created by an agent or team staff member — we refer to these individuals as "Represented Individuals").

If Agensa is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Customers control what Roster Data they enter into the Service and who within their organization can access it, using the roles and permissions the Service provides (e.g., admin, agent, scout).
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, database-level row security policies restricting access by role, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and Roster Data for as long as a Customer's account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. Agensa currently operates on U.S.-based infrastructure and is designed primarily for U.S. Customers. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Customers by email or through the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
